âWhen I completed your PMB course last August I hadnât envisaged running a project of this size so soon. (It) involved complicated logistics into remote parts of the Northern Territory and Islands off the coast of Australia. We had to co-ordinate a number of teams, from within Optus, the Northern territory Government, Matchmaster Technicians, subcontractors and right through to the installers. The multi million-dollar rollout is now complete and we were 3 weeks ahead of schedule and have come in under budget.
The most striking thing about this project was the effectiveness of the project plan and the logical way in which it was developed.â?
